The Information Center is what SEMCA refers to as its “One Call” provider. When you dial you are connected to the Information Center. When a call is received, the staff of the Information Center conducts a preliminary interview to assess the caller’s needs and then suggests the best approach. In some cases, this could be a referral directly to an appropriate agency - or, in most cases, referral to one of six regional SEMCA One-Stop Centers. |
